Exchange Policy - Arena Tech

Overview
At Arena Tech, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit for your setup. While we provide detailed descriptions and images, we gladly offer exchanges under specific conditions to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted on computer and gaming products that are unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, consumables, software licenses, and opened products are generally not eligible for exchange due to security and licensing policies.

Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@zalloumtech.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the request. After approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Notify us within 48 hours if you receive damaged or incorrect products. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
