Return & Refund Policy - Arena Tech

Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for unopened, unused computer and gaming products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval, usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Report any damage or incorrect shipment within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
